I called Key Computer Solutions  for help in connecting a computer printer and WiFi.  I felt comfortable with having him in my house. Alan explained what he was doing and did it well. I have finally found some one i can trust with providing me with computer and other tech services. He came on time and installed WiFi in my home and connected my printer.  He went above what I asked and connected my kindle to WiFi. I have used Geek Squad in the past. Their work was good but expensive.  Also I was looking for the same person I could call with re: tech issues and not have to talk to a phone bank.  -Kathleen F

I have used Alan for several years.  He is a very experienced and knowledgeable computer tech.  He never makes me feel like my questions are stupid.  He  is easy to communicate with and explains things in detail.  He usually answers the phone when I call to make an appointment.  I have sent him questions via computer and he always answers them….he has helped me fix issues this way several times.  He has always been able to solve any computer/printer problems I may be having.  His rates are very reasonable.  I am so glad I have finally found a computer tech who is so efficient, professional., and always knows how to fix problems.  -JoAnn M

Alan gave us suggestions on the type of router to purchase and when we were ready he came out that same day to complete the work. He was efficient and knowledgeable, along with willing to answer questions and problem-solve with us on a couple of issues. We had four different pieces of equipment to make sure were running effectively. He was here a little over an hour and dealt with all the issues on our list. Would definitely use him again if we needed to. He was  easy to contact, flexed with us when we had a major electrical and cable issue that caused us to reschedule, and came out same day we rescheduled. Very impressive!  – Connie & Brian J

I use the Key Computer Solutions. He comes every 3 months to clean out my hard drive and fix things in my computer. He never made me feel bad. He gave me the latest windows update and has done a lot of different things for me. He has fixed my printer and he recommended a new computer and helped me install it.
