Payment is due at time of service. We accept cash, check or credit and debit cards but their use may result in a surcharge.
Standard service hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM. Additional charges may apply for rapid response services or service outside of standard installation hours.
Key Computer Solutions, LLC sets it’s service area within a 50 mile radius of Logan, OH. If a location lies beyond Key Computer Solutions, LLC standard Service Area, additional travel fees may apply.
An adult (18 years or older) must be present during the entire installation or repair process. If the tech arrives at the scheduled time and no adult is present, or if the adult leaves prior to the service being completed, the tech will leave and you will be subject to the stated service charges.
Technical Service fees are non-refundable once the service process has begun (any cancellations must be done at least 4 hours prior to actual service to avoid charges).
Any hardware devices, components, peripherals, software or cabling needed for the install must be purchased and supplied by the customer unless arrangements are made prior to the visit.
If network connectivity is desired for multiple devices, you must supply device (router, hub, modem or switch) with adequate number of ports to support the required number of devices.
ISP/Internet or home network connection must be activated and working properly prior to any related install.
Customer must provide adequate environment (power, space, etc.) for the scheduled service.
Customer is responsible for providing power cords and surge protectors.
Customer must have available all legally licensed software and media that may be required.
Key Computer Solutions, LLC warrants its services for a period of 30 days from the service date. This includes issues with the configured installation set up by the tech. Key Computer Solutions, LLC is not responsible for issues due to setting changes, new software upgrades, ISP connection issues, relocation, viruses/spyware issues or misuse after service is performed. Additional trips not covered by the warranty will be subject to charges.
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO BACK UP ALL SOFTWARE AND DATA THAT IS STORED ON YOUR COMPUTER’S HARD DISK DRIVE(S) AND/OR ON ANY OTHER STORAGE DEVICES YOU MAY HAVE PRIOR TO THE ARRIVAL OF THE TECHNICIAN TO YOUR HOME OR BUSINESS. KEY COMPUTER SOLUTIONS, LLC AND/OR ITS THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE AT ANY TIME FOR ANY LOSS, ALTERATION OR CORRUPTION OF ANY SOFTWARE, DATA OR FILES.
LIMITATION OF REMEDY: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL KEY COMPUTER SOLUTIONS, LLC AND/OR ITS THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EXPENSES COSTS, PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS OR EARNINGS, LOST OR CORRUPTED DATA, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF, OR RELATED TO, THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY KEY COMPUTER SOLUTIONS, LLC AND/OR ITS THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER OR OUT OF THE INSTALLATION, DE-INSTALLATION, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE YOUR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT, HARDWARE, PERIPHERALS, OR THE NETWORK RESULTING FROM THE SERVICES PROVIDED HERE UNDER.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: YOU AFFIRMATIVELY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS KEY COMPUTER SOLUTIONS, LLC AND/OR ITS THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER FROM AND AGAINST ANY LOSS, LIABILITY, OR DAMAGE THAT YOU OR THE OWNER OR LESSEE MAY SUFFER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY LOSS OF ANY DATA AND THE NON-FUNCTIONING OF ANY COMPONENT OR ELEMENT OF YOUR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT OR PERIPHERALS RESULTING FROM KEY COMPUTER SOLUTIONS, LLC AND/OR ITS THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER’S AGENTS, PARTNERS AND/OR THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS, REGARDLESS OF THE WARRANTIES, DISCLAIMERS AND WAIVERS PARTICULAR SERVICE AND SHALL CONSTITUTE LIQUIDATED DAMAGES AND ARE A REASONABLE ESTIMATE OF DAMAGES TO YOU.

- Key Computer Solutions, LLC warranty is only valid on virus, spyware, adware removal service if the hard drive is re-imaged to factory condition and the tech verifies proper protection against such threats is installed at time of call.
- Some PCs have pre-existing conditions that may not allow them to be networked. Any repair or troubleshooting work to get the machine network ready will result in additional charges.
