About Us

Key Computer Solutions, LLC was founded in March of 2002. Providing computer repair services to residential customers and building a small business base in the Pickerington and Reynoldsburg Ohio area. In January of 2007 the computer services were expanded to provide a broader range of support offerings.

We have relocated to Logan, Ohio but still serve Central and now more of Southeastern Ohio. Since 2013 we have also started providing individualized basic computer skills training for injured workers going through the Bureau of Workers Compensation's Vocational Rehabilitation program.

In addition to computer break-fix repair we also have experience and knowledge in software installation, data backup and data transfer services, wired and wireless networking, server maintenance, remote access, and Apple computer services.

We have acquired industry standard certifications in computer and server support. We are Dell Certified System Experts with 150+ individual certifications for desktops, laptops, servers, printers and network services. We continue to stay on top of the latest technology which drives our information age.

Prior to the founding of Key Computer Solutions the owner, Alan Starkey, was the IT Manager for the Columbus division of Rural Metro Ambulance. He then became the Senior Customer Engineer for BancTec Computer and Network Services covering Central and Southeastern Ohio. He was later recruited by Pro-Onsite Technologies to become the Senior Field Technician for the Columbus Micro Center store.

We offer the same high level of service you would expect from a large corporation or retail chain. We also are able to offer these services at a much lower cost. We look forward to serving your Computer and Networking needs so that you can focus on what is important to you.
