Key Computer Solutions is committed to providing quality onsite service for a reasonable price. During the time onsite the technician is working for you and will charge you appropriately.  However, your bill would not compensate the technician for the time it took to drive to or from your location.

Gas prices, vehicle maintenance and insurance are other factors that have to be looked at when a company provides onsite service. Believe us when we say $10.00 is a minimal charge for the convenience of having a technician come to your location.

There are exceptions to any rule and the trip charge has a few. For example, the trip charge is waived during the second service call you schedule. This is done as a thank you for your continued patronage. The trip charge is also waived for any customer referred to us by one of other customers. Finally, it is waived for any single service event lasting 3 hours or more.
