Hourly Rate!

Key Computer Solutions offers help for all of your computer related problems. We provide an experienced technician that comes to you. During your service call the KCS technician not only takes care of the current issue but is more than happy to show you how to do it yourself so that repeat visits are minimized.

Our goal at KCS is to provide you quality service at an affordable price. Most flat rate service providers get in the door by offering a low price for a specific task then explain what isn't included and will cost you extra. We offered flat rate services in the past but through experience have learned our hourly rate always wound up costing the customer less.

Hourly rates can encompass whatever is needed on the service call. Whether it is computer setup, network configuration, training, consultation, hardware diagnostics, software installation, upgrades, tune-ups, relocations or anything else you can think up the hourly rate is the choice for you.

There is a one hour minimum per onsite service event. After the first hour, KCS bills down to the quarter hour. A $10.00 trip fee is added to the first hour to cover travel time and expense. If your service event takes longer than 2.75 hours, we can convert to our Time Blocks in order to reduce your total cost.

One final piece of information for our small business owners. Most service providers in the area and especially the national service vendors charge you more just because you own a business. As a small business, Key computer Solutions does not agree with this practice.

First Hour Service - $85.00 (includes trip fee)

Additional Hour Service - $75.00

Additional Quarter Hour - $18.75
