People learn over time if they want something to last and to work efficiently they have to perform routine maintenance. They change the oil in their car and rotate the tires, they brush their teeth daily and visit the dentist every six months, they change the furnace filters monthly and have a service check performed each fall. Why then do they wait until the computer stops working before they call and ask for help?

A computer infected by a virus or spyware can cause a multitude of problems. It can slow your computer down, cause it to act erratically, lock it up or in the worst case scenario prevent it from working at all. Although the above mentioned problems can be caused by malicious programs they can also occur because of intermittent hardware failure or even just by the lack of routine maintenance.

Repairing a computer can take a considerable amount of time. In some cases the only cure to a virus or corruption of the operating system is to erase everything and start over from scratch. On average this process can take between two and four hours. Saving then restoring your personal data is usually the biggest challenge.

Like the standard hourly rate you may choose time blocks to cover any computer or network related service. We also offer off-site repair when the job is not mission critical or time sensitive.

As a pre-paid customer you receive priority scheduling. You save $10.00 per service event by avoiding the usual trip fee. Depending on the number of hours purchased you can save between five and twenty-five percent. Once your hours are used you have the option of purchasing an additional time block or paying the standard hourly rate.
